A pattern worth checking

Same invoice. Different bank details.

Why these connect

Both emails refer to invoice 1042 for $14,800. The later message changes where the payment goes. The change deserves independent verification.

Illustrative example. A reason to verify, not proof of a scam.

What does WarnBird look for?

Warning signs in individual emails and across related messages—such as changed payment instructions, requests for private codes, or an offer of remote help after an inbox flood. A warning gives you a reason to verify and a next step; it is not proof of a scam.

Does it keep checking?

Your first check covers the last seven days, including spam. While your inbox is connected, WarnBird checks new email in the background. Your account shows when monitoring is running, delayed or paused.

Can it call me?

You can enable call alerts and verify your number. Calls are reserved for supported critical patterns when delivery is available. Email and text alerts depend on severity and your preferences.

What can it access?

You approve read-only Gmail access. WarnBird cannot send or delete your mail. Email content is sent to OpenRouter for AI analysis. You can disconnect your inbox in Connections whenever you choose.

Can it miss something?

Yes. WarnBird can miss a scam or flag a legitimate message. It does not replace checking important requests through an official app or a contact you already trust.
